Brian and his team replaced the wood decking on our 30 year old deck with composite decking, utilizing the existing wood frame. This quality job which included some replacement of the wood frame as well as re-leveling of the deck was done at a reasonable price. The crew willingly addressed any concerns I had as well as cleaning up at the end of each day. We would highly recommend B.E. Decking and Construction.

Great quality work from all who came by. Nico is phenomenal at railing and levels. Brian came by and nicely listened to me more than most needs and executed a great job. He made good suggestions to improve the structure and secure my investment for longer. Recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality deck. Due to being so busy, they lacked in communication at times, but they made up for it so just keep your patience.

Brian and his team removed our crumbling concrete front patio and replaced with a lumber patio. It was done quick and clean, and at a very reasonable price. After having received several estimates, quotes and mixed information on re-building our deck, B.E Decking was precise in the preliminary process (cost estimates, time frames, project cost), knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Although Brian started our project in late fall, once he and his crew started, they were prompt, attentive, took care of all permits and inspections, cleaned up all debris, finished the job in varying weather conditions to the end, in the estimated amount of time and with no additional unexpected costs. The deck is beautiful, it’s well built, we’ve received several compliments from our neighbors and we are very pleased with the outcome! We found B.E. B.E. Decking did a wonderful job restoring my old and rotted deck. Their workmanship was outstanding and schedule was great. We now have a deck complete and are waiting for the warmer days to really enjoy it. Costs were fair and reasonable. Because the job was a demo/restoration we did find issues from shoddy old work. Remedies were resolved and billed fairly. I am a retired mechanical engineer with project management experience. I can be a bit picky and detailed. B.E. Decking listened to all my questions and concerns and made me a very happy customer!

Brian is extremely knowledable in this field and you can tell hes has a ton of experience building custom decks. He was able to pull all the permits for me and meet with the building inspector so everything was up to code. Such a stress free decision and a great addition on my home. Highly recommend.
